Wow, talk about a shock to the system. The next stop after the warm summery temperatures of Hawaii was San Francisco. After an average temperature of 25-27degrees the 15degrees and rain that welcomed me to San Fran were a little shocking to both me and my body. My body promptly reacted with getting sick.
